GUEST EXPERIENCE
The Guest Experience team is a fan facing event day position. As a guest experience representative, you would have the opportunity to interact with guests from around the world to help create positive memories here at Hard Rock Stadium. Guest Experience interacts with guests throughout their journey in the stadium making sure they have a great time along the way. Click the video to see what position would work best for you.
PARKING
The Hard Rock Stadium Parking team is a fan facing transportation operations team. The parking team consists of three positions ready to start off a great experience. As a parking team representative, you would set the tone for each fan’s visit to Hard Rock Stadium and seal the memories with a fond farewell.
