Jul 31 - Aug 2 movie showings postponed

Due to inclement weather and storm concerns this coming weekend, all movie showings this weekend, July 31-August 2, will be rescheduled. The safety of our guests and staff is our number one priority. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing you at a future showing.

If you have previously purchased a movie ticket you will be automatically refunded by Ticketmaster. You will be notified via email and should see this refund issued to your account within 30 days.

FAQ

How to access your tickets?

If you are a Miami Dolphins or Miami Open Founding Member, you can access your tickets by logging in to your mobile Account Manager or app.

If you purchased tickets through Ticketmaster, please log into the Ticketmaster app or website.

If your tickets were purchased through a representative over the phone or you purchased group tickets, please login to the Dolphins App or the mobile Account Manager (https://am.ticketmaster.com/dolphins/#/) to access your tickets.

What are the social distancing procedures that are in place during the event?

1. Masks must be worn at all times and can only be removed while actively eating or drinking.
2. All Drive-Up theater parking spots are assigned a private viewing area directly in front of each vehicle. Guests are asked not to congregate in any public areas and to stay out of pedestrian walkways where possible.

What is allowed inside the stadium?

Guests are allowed to bring food & beverage inside the stadium to be consumed within your reserved private viewing area in front of your vehicle.

No Grilling or cooking of any kind is allowed

Prohibited Items

Animals (Except those certified animals who are assisting guests with disabilities)

Noise Makers of any kind

No tents or umbrellas are allowed during the show

Cameras with lenses exceeding 6”

Weapons of any kind (Fireworks, Knives, Pocket Knives) etc.

No smoking is allowed at any time while inside of Hard Rock Stadium

Is there Food & Beverage available for purchase?

We are happy to announce that we have launched an in-stadium feature that allows for food and drinks to be ordered and delivered directly to your vehicle. By texting “Dolphins” to 474747 you will be sent a link to our online menu where food and beverage options will be available for purchase.

Will you be allowed to leave your vehicle on during the show?

We kindly ask for all guests to please turn off the car ignition. The movie is viewable from the comfort of your vehicle as well as your private “Tailgate Space” located directly in front of your car. Guests are encouraged to bring tailgate chairs so set up for the most optimal viewing experience!

Am I able to stay in my car and still hear the movie?

Guests have multiple viewing options for our in-stadium drive-up movie experience. Guests can tune into 100.3 on FM radio to listen to the movie from the comfort of your their vehicle. Guests who wish to view the movie from the exterior of their car will be able to listen through the stadiums house sound.

Refund & Rain-Out Policy

All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges except as set forth below.

If the event is cancelled in advance, prior to parking lots and movie doors opening, you will be notified via email and a full refund will be issued to your account within 15-30 days.

Temporary Pauses & Cancelled Events

Temporary Pause(s): While movies are expected to run rain or shine, pauses may occur in the event of lightning and other qualifying events (like technical difficulties), and as may be necessary for the safety of our guests. Temporary pause(s) does(do) not qualify as a cancelled event. In the case of a temporary pause, simple and important instructions will be broadcast to all guests via movie screens and audio sources. Hard Rock Stadium will always have the best interest of our guests in mind, and will prioritize safety at all times. When weather (or other qualifying events) improves, Hard Rock Stadium will resume the movie in attempt to finish.

Cancelled Event: If the event the showing is unable to resume and finish, a voucher for complimentary tickets to a future showing will be emailed to the ticket buyer who purchased the tickets. The voucher will be valid for the same number of tickets purchased for the cancelled event and will be emailed within 2-5 business days from the cancelled event.
