Who is eligible for a refund?​

Fans who purchased tickets to the CONMEBOL Copa America USA 2024 Final Match on July 14, 2024 on the primary market (i.e., the original purchaser of a ticket) and were denied entry to the Stadium through no fault of their own may be eligible for a refund of the original ticket price (i.e., the face value of the ticket).​
