I have not decided which parking option is best for me, will I be able to purchase day-of-game parking?
bhenderson2024-09-05T13:06:55-04:00We encourage everyone to plan their transportation ahead of gameday! Hard Rock Stadium parking is prepaid only, and our capacity is limited. Park & Ride is our only day-of-game parking option. Alternatively, other options include Uber Shuttle, Brightline, and Rideshare.

Hard Rock Stadium, CONMEBOL, and Concacaf are working together with Ticketmaster to reimburse fans who purchased tickets on Ticketmaster’s re-sale platform, TM+, and were denied entry to the Stadium through no fault of their own for the amount those fans paid for their tickets.

Who is not eligible for a refund?

Fans who purchased tickets on other secondary market ticket re-sale platforms should contact the entity from which they purchased their tickets.
