“The NINE”, located at the 50-yard line, is the most luxurious indoor club space. Designed by the world-renowned Rockwell group, this space offers state-of-the-art amenities for intimate gatherings.

- Accessible parking spots are available for those with a valid disabled parking placard and matching photo ID. There are accessible spots located in both the on-site inner and outer parking lots and certain off-site parking lots.
- For Miami Dolphins games, you must have a pre-purchased inner lot “ADA Reserved” parking pass to park in an inner lot accessible parking spot. If you have a disabled placard and pre-purchased a yellow parking lot pass, you must park in an accessible spot in your designated lot color. ADA spots in Yellow (Lots 13 and 18) are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- For non-Dolphins events, ADA parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please contact Guest Experience (305) 943-8000 in advance of your event for details.
Mobility Assistance
- Guests with limited mobility parking in Hard Rock Stadium outer lots may request assistance to and from the outer lots/stadium. Pick-up locations to Hard Rock Stadium are located in Lots 13, 18, and 40 near ADA parking. Guests will be dropped off at pre-determined Hard Rock Stadium gate locations. Pick-up locations to the parking lots will be the same as the drop-off locations. Wheelchair escorts will be available from Hard Rock Stadium gates to seating locations and back. Guests can request a wheelchair escort by asking your nearest Hard Rock Stadium employee, or at your nearest Guest Experience Headquarters. Wheelchair Assistance is available once gates open and concludes approximately 30 minutes after the end of the event.
Accessible Seating
- Hard Rock Stadium is committed to providing memorable service experiences for all guests. Guests with special needs will be assisted as needed at our fully accessible venue.
- General wheelchair accessible seating: Sections 101, 104, 107, 111T, 117, 118, 119, 125T, 129, 132, 135, 139T, 142, 143, 144, 148, 149, 150, 153T, 228, 236, 245, 247, 310, 311, 312, 321, 322, 325, 326, 327, 330, 338. Suites can also provide accessible seating upon request.
- Ambulatory Seating: During events, seating is available for guests with disabilities that do not require a wheelchair. Ambulatory seating can be purchased in most seating areas. Guests are encouraged to contact the ticket office in advance or visit the nearest Guest Experience Headquarters to request ambulatory seating. Sections 339, 340, 343, 344, 345, 348, 349, 350, 353, 354, and 355.
Service Animals
- Service Animals for guests with disabilities are permitted on Hard Rock Stadium property. The ADA defines Service Animals to mean “dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities.” All other animals, including dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support, are prohibited.

All concessions and catering at Hard Rock Stadium are provided by Sodexo Live!

Deposit
50% of the contracted value is due upon signing.
Drones
All drones flown inside the stadium must go through a 3rd party approval process, carry special drone insurance, and abide by all drone policies. Please connect with your Private Events team early in the planning process to coordinate.

Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted to be carried into Hard Rock Stadium: aerosol cans (e.g., mace, pepper spray, or sunscreen), alcohol of any kind, any animal except for a service animal or service animal in training, flagpoles, cigarettes or electronic smoking devices, fireworks, flares, explosives, ammunition, or other incendiary devices, glass bottles, cans, coolers of any kind, thermoses or ice chests, seat cushions of any size except those for medical needs, single-purpose video cameras or still-photography cameras with a lens longer than 6″, laser pointers, weapons, and any item that may be used as a projectile or one that is deemed dangerous by Hard Rock Stadium management. Any other item deemed inappropriate by Hard Rock Stadium management.
Security
All guests will walk through a machine upon entering the building. Please reach out to your Private Events team if you have any questions.
Shipping Packages
Hard Rock Stadium can receive packages for Corporate Events. Delivery windows and quantities must be approved and coordinated with your corporate events sales team.
Specific Vendors
Sodexo is Hard Rock Stadium’s exclusive catering provider, and we have an amazing, dedicated Corporate Events team to assist you from start to finish. For all other vendors, we have a preferred list of vendors that we are happy to recommend, but you are welcome to bring your own vendors as long as you communicate that with our corporate events team.
Sustainability
Hard Rock Stadium is a proud member of the Green Sports Alliance, Hard Rock Stadium has one of the lowest carbon footprints out of any venue in the United States. Our venue sustains a high diverted waste percentage annually through innovative sustainability efforts. This includes bio digesters and composting through liquid food digesters. Furthermore, kitchen oil is converted into biofuel, creating renewable energy. The facility sources products from local farms and donates its excess food to local missions. Additionally, the stadium has a no plastic straw policy, waterless urinals and touchless sensor faucets, sorting, and recycling as well as energy-efficient LED lighting, and a reduction on paper from mobile tickets and payments.
