Fans who purchased tickets on other secondary market ticket re-sale platforms (e.g., StubHub, SeatGeek, Gametime, etc.) are not eligible for a refund through this process. Fans who purchased tickets on other secondary market ticket re-sale platforms should contact the entity from which they purchased their tickets.​
