Who is not eligible for a refund through this link?
- Fans who purchased tickets on the secondary market (e.g., StubHub, SeatGeek, Gametime, etc.) are not eligible for a refund through this process. Fans who purchased tickets on the secondary market should contact the entity from which they purchased their tickets.
- Ticketmaster and the event organizers do not have the funds that were paid for tickets purchased on the secondary market. We are only able to refund tickets purchased directly on the primary market through this process.
